WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OF CHOICES?

For all the mirror glass, we ship by USPS mail. Our order will be processed and shipped from our processing center in Los Angeles, Southern California. USPS Priority Mail is the standard shipping method mailing to all 50 States in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, as well as APO/FPO addresses within or outside the U.S. Same standard priority mail charge is applied. For other glass tools & hardware, we will ship by Fedex/UPS.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

We usually process your order within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS after the payment is successfully processed. It may be possible for us to ship your order the same business day if we have everything you order in stock. Our company will do our best to ensure the quickest possible way to process every order. Excellent customer service is our mission. 

RETURN POLICY

PARTS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT
1. 20% restocking fee on all returns
2. Part(s) must be in like new / unused condition with all original packaging and contents.
3. You must request a RMA # before your return will be accepted.
4. Proper packing and return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Original shipping cost can not be refunded
6. RMA number and return shipping address provided by e-mail upon request.
